i received my interview email from Lincoln (for history and german) a few days ago - do i have to email them back to acknowledge it or anything similar?

OP, thegeek888 is not an authoritative source on any subject. He's some old geezer who lives at his parents' house and hasn't an academic qualification to his name. The nearest he's been to Oxford is probably a Harry Potter bus tour.
Be guided by what Lincoln College say. If the email from Lincoln requests an acknowledgement, acknowledge. If it doesn't, don't. Sit tight, keep focused, and best of luck with the interviews.

I got an interview from another college and they mentioned something about filling a form to acknowledge that I would attend the interview, so read your mail throughout it will probably be towards the end. But ig it depends on the college
