Product Design as a career?
Hello, I am currently a Year 11 student and I've been thinking ahead about uni options to taiolor my alevels options towards it. I do Design & Technology as one of my GCSE subjects and i enjoy botht the practical and theory part of it, when doing research I found that many uni's have product design as a course and it is quite similar to DT. However, I am unsure that once I leave uni with a product design degree whether it would be a long-lasting and well paying job depending on experience.
Alevels I'm picking:
- Maths
- Economics
- Physics or RS
I would really appreciate it if anyone who has insight into product designing as a career or knows other similar careers to DT would reply.
