Transferring from Swansea to Cardiff

I potentially want to transfer from Swansea to Cardiff Uni, Swansea university and Swansea in general isnt good for me but I figured it's probably too late? I want to transfer from Egyptology and Ancient History to Archeology and Ancient History. Can anyone please give me some advice or pointers?

You also need to think about your liability for your accommodation fees if you withdraw from Swansea.

Hi,

At Swansea we are no longer taking transfers for this academic year and would assume the same with Cardiff.

I would suggest you reaching out to them to see if you could transfer into the next year if you complete this year with Swansea. As it is a different course, you will need to show them the modules you have studied to see if they relate to what you would have done if you started at Cardiff.

I hope things have settled for you since your post, but remember you are nearly half way through the academic year so not long until this year has finished.
