Replacement tenant needed asap!

NOTE: You must be someone studying at the university of Kent.
Tyler court C , Canterbury campus , the room has a double bed with an en-suite (wet room) and the kitchen is shared with 7 others , available from 12/12/2025. But you have to have sent me a reply before the 7/01/2026. The tenancy will end on the 20/06/2026 , so for the next 2 terms it will cost £6,094.50.
Also the flatmates are such nice people and the kitchen is clean , also don't even worry about the wet room I was bit iffy about it but like it does the job and its not even that bad also its ground floor but people can't really see you from outside , I stayed because of how lucky I got with my flatmates so yes please reply if you are interested or let anyone who might be interested know about this , thank you.
