Applied for income assessed maintenance on october still no response
Good afternoon ive sent off my application for the income assessed maintenance loan halfway through october.
Its now December and I am yet to receive an update I'm worried I wont be able to receive my second payment in time. The last academic year ive sent an application but it was too late (2024 year) and on my account it says its still processing maybe the system has got it mixed with my 2025 application I have no clue.

Hi there, for to check the application and payment update you would need to contact us either over the phone or via live chat, as we do not have account access via social media portals, but assist with general enquiries only. You can access our live chat service from your online account, please select 'undergraduate' and then ‘contact us’. From here you will be able to use our live chat service when it is available. Our opening hours are stated on our ‘contact us’ page. Once through, we will be able to check the application status and advise further. Stephen.
