Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day Traditions

Happy December everyone!

Whether you're festive, low key, or not celebrating at all, you've still got your own way of spending December. I'm especially curious about what everyone gets up to on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

What do you do on each day? Do you have any traditions? Share below!

Christmas Eve - attend church with the family. Open some Christmas pressies afterwards

Christmas Day - half-Sri Lankan, half British Xmas dinner. Parents watch Strictly Come Dancing Xmas special. More presents. Set pudding on fire and make a wish! (NB. Things listed are not necessarily in order!)

Boxing Day - no traditions as such for this day. Unless eating leftovers counts? :moon:
Christmas Eve we usually watch the film Nativity!

Christmas morning we go for a walk in the morning and then come back, do presents and eat lunch, after which nobody is up for doing much

Boxing Day is usually board games with me trying to get away and watch some of the sport for a bit

I watch A Christmas Carol (Jim Carrey version) on Christmas morning but nobody watches it with me.

What board games do you play?
Always Trivial Pursuit on Christmas Eve and then I'm usually responsible for buying a new family board game that we play on Boxing Day (I have no idea which one to buy this year yikes )

Daddy TLG always has at least four rounds of pressies for each family member :lolwut: - so if we did all the presents on Christmas Day, we'd never get around to the food  Much better to spread out over two days :ninja:

Also, another Christmas Day tradition: Daddy TLG gives me a new Christmas jumper and insists I wear it immediately :danceboy:
