Student accom takeover in coventry

Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my studio in code from January

About the room
• Fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, oven etc.)
• Private kitchen and bathroom
• 16th floor with a skyline view
• Close to campus(within 3 mins) / Pool meadow bus station / shops(co-op in the same building)

- Room type: Skyline deluxe studio
- Rent: £164 per week
• you can choose bills included/excluded
• paid through instalments

Hey! The studio sounds really great! Just to clarify, is the rent £164 per week with bills included, or is that without the bills? And how long is the minimum lease term? I'm definitely interested, just want to make sure I have all the details before deciding 😊

Hey, thanks for your interest!
I just checked my contract to be sure, the rent is £165.48 per week. I chose the bills-excluded option, but you can switch to a bills-included package when you take over the contract. It’s a fixed 48-week contract!
