Hello,

These qualifications will help but some universities ask for a combined science GCSE. Check individual university requirements and follow up accordingly.

All the best

Hey! I am also doing BTEC Heath and Social care and I got an interview at a Uni for the Occupational Therapy course. When you are doing the 2nd section on the personal statement, If you learnt about multi-agency teams, talk about that and how occupational therapist will have to work with different doctors and schools. Also talk about the life stages if you have learnt about that. Then explain how different milestones should be reached at a certain age and how OT can help those who are delayed in their milestones due to a type of disability.

I hoped this helped a bit
