BTEC Health and social care - HELP ME!!!!!

So, I'm currently in Year 13 and my predicted grades for BTEC HSC is DM. At the start of year 13 I got told that if I get P's only in the rest of the units, my overall grade is gonna go down to a MM which I DO NOT WANT TO HAPPEN... So I must get Merits and Distinctions in the rest of my units for me to achieve my target grade and I got told that if I only meet the Pass criteria in the rest of the units, I will get a phone call home... The highest grade that I can get is a D*D which I am aiming for. However, I am struggling so much and I fear that I am just gonna end up doing soooo bad in this course... Like there are other people in my class who are predicted a D*D* because they keep on getting Merits and Distinctions in the Coursework unit and the exam units. I've got one more exam unit and 3 more coursework units. Does anyone have any tips on how i can get Merits and Distinctions in the rest of my units? I am REALLY desperate to get a D*D or a DD at the end of the year.

Unit 6 is apparently easy to get a distinction in and looking at videos for unit 3 on anatomy and physiology is really helpful if u are struggling to retain information. I haven’t looked at the rest of the units yet but may be able to help once I have started them.
