Tenancy takeover leeds

Hi, I have an en-suite room available at Clarence Dock Student Village Leeds, however I’ve been struggling to find a new tenant after posting on all the groups etc. and wondered if anyone had any advice or was interested?

It’s £147 per week (bills included) starting from 21/01/2026.

- Apartment of 5 (currently with 3 tenants).
- Classic bedroom - 3/4 bed, desk, wardrobe, shared kitchen
- Nice view of canal from bedroom window
- Free on-site gym, communal area and bike storage
- On-site laundry room
- 24/7 security and help desk for post and parcel collection
- 20 minute walk from Leeds City Centre
- 20 minute walk to Leeds Trinity University city centre campus
- 15-20 minute walk to Leeds Conservatoire
- 30 minute walk to Leeds Beckett University or 25 minute bus
- 38 minute walk to Leeds University or 32 minute bus ride

Hey! The en-suite room sounds great, and the price seems reasonable with bills included. I was just wondering, is the room still available for the full year, or would a shorter lease be possible? Also, do the current tenants get along well? I'm definitely interested and would love more info! 😊
