Aiming for A*, any tips?

I'm currently in yr13 and I have applied to do physics at Uni. I would like to get A* in both maths and physics, but I'm finding it hard to know how to go about that. I'm currently at As for both. Does anyone know how I can get myself to those grades. Also, I find it hard to learn a lot of the content for physics, as I find myself zoning out in lessons when it gets overwhelming, does anyone know how I can focus more and understand the content better  thank you

OMG i'm kind of in the same place as you (diff subjects tho!) but i was getting like A*BB in Y12 and now I am getting AA*A*. What I did to get these grades was

•

8-10 hours studying daily (now, keeping in mind i am home educated, dont do this after a full day of school)

•

quitting social media

•

fixing my sleep schedule

like it's hard and kind of rubbish, but my grades are really good. emphasis on the sleep schedule and socials. retrospectively, it's very draining to not sleep and just scroll for hours (when you could've been studying!
so also

•

time management

and communicating with my teachers what my problem topics or weaknesses are, and (if they're any good...) they'll help you improve
