UAL Gardens House, ensuite tenancy takeover!!

Hi! I'm looking for a UAL student to take over my tenancy at Gardens House UAL housing. It is a lovely ensuite standard room, with a shared kitchen between 7 other people ( who are all female including myself ). The total tenancy time is 50 weeks (06/09/25 to 22/08/26) with £286 a week. It is a perfect fit if you go to Camberwell College of Arts, as the accommodation is quite literally next to the college, making getting to lessons extremely easy.
