I thought I would share this post with you 2nd and 3rd Year Accommodation at Kingston - The Student Room
Although it is for 2nd and 3rd year this is kind of the guide I used to find my current placement accommodation.
I also left some helpful websites on this post and so did others Any good rental websites apart from UniHomes or Rightmove? - The Student Room
If you want bills included private student accommodation in Cambridge is probably the way to go, I image there are the common chains like Unite Students, IQ Students, etc.
I hope this helps and good luck with accommodation and your placement

@Temitope49 Hi! I do need a replacement for my room at a student accommodation place in South Bermondsey. Bills are included and it comes fully furnished. It's an ultimate en-suite room and you'll have your own private bathroom in your room. You will have a shared kitchen and there are other amenities available. Please let me know if you're interested or have any questions. No worries if not!

I would start looking on SpareRoom and you can filter for bills included. Typical Cambridge prices are £700-£1000 for a room with bills included, although if you're not bothered about being central you could find something cheaper I'm sure. Normally these sort of programmes have a community chat or Facebook page for you to contact other placement students to help you all look for a place together in case that's something you're interested in? It might be worth contacting a member of your team to see if they have that - it might be an Early Careers page rather than specifically for IPs but this might be organised later on when graduates and apprentices have also been recruited.
