I just sat my LNAT, I think I did pretty good in the essay section as there was a question ideal for me, but the multiple-choice was a different story. In my practice tests, I normally was scoring 29+, and had 10 minutes or so to check over my answers at the end. In the actual thing, i think due to nerves I kept having to reread the passages multiple times, and ended up rushing the last passage’s questions and not having any time to check my flagged questions.
I think because of this, my score will be a lot lower than my practices, and even though they were papers from the LNAT website, I found the passages on my actual exam a lot more difficult..
Glasgow and UCL are the unis I’m applying for that require it. I’ve accepted that UCL won’t give me an offer if I performed badly, but does Glasgow care all that much about the score in section A? If my essay is good, my predicted grades are A*A*A and I have a strong personal statement that shows a keen interest in law, will they still consider me? Thank you
