How do you feel about football?

Football is the most beloved sport on the planet, but I do wonder why people enjoy it on a personal level. When I was an infant I enjoyed football, and throughout my childhood I still liked it, but I do find that football's mainstream popularity casts a shadow over other sports. For most of my life I've had a difficult time assimilating to extremely popular mainstream stuff, such as the most mainstream music in the UK. I find much of it very smothering to such an extent that people who listen to this stuff constantly won't be aware of music that is every bit as good, but isn't rigorously promoted.

Back to the subject of football though, I do love the sport and how it teaches children the importance of teamwork and hard work, yet I think the media smogs much of the purity of it. As an adult, I can appreciate just how inspiring the sport is, yet it would be nice if it didn't seem so tainted by smug personalities as arrogant promotional materials.

I love it. It’s my therapy to cure my mental health. It’s made me who I am especially the position I play in. It gives me a lot of confidence, self-belief and motivation and hunger. Non stop focus. It’s my peace of mind.
My feelings to football changed. I have watched this sport every week when I was younger, so at teenage period. But when I became a matured adult, I quit to suppport football. I still read the news to matches now and then, but that's it. My interest fainted.
Watched a single match in my life, found it incredibly tedious.

Different strokes for different folks.

I admit that there are another sports in which it is more exciting to support. Without my enthusiastic family members and friends in surrounding, I doubt that I would ever have joined football as a fan.

What if your favorite team loses a match or even got thrashed by an opponent team? is it still a mental health for you?

Honestly, I really resonate with what you shared. Football has an undeniable charm: teamwork, passion, and collective excitement truly make it a beautiful sport. It teaches discipline, cooperation, and dedication, which is why so many people grow up loving it. But I agree with you that the overwhelming media hype sometimes overshadows the purity of the game and makes it harder for other deserving sports to shine.
Personally, I’ve grown more fond of indoor golf. It offers a calm, focused environment where you can practice at your own pace without the noise, crowds, or unnecessary pressure. The precision and skill it requires make it even more fulfilling. And whenever I need quality indoor golf enclosures or accessories, I often use SimSpace Discount Codes to get the best deals.
