I just started alevel ocr psychology and my teachers given us the original articles of each study so we can go through and make notes for each one, but I'm not sure how in depth i need to go?
Like for Lee et als study into lie/truth-telling, the article says each story that the children were told. Im not sure if this is a dumb question lol but do I need to know all 8 stories? I obviously want to get as much detail as I can and I don't want to miss anything important, but my teacher never mentioned them so I wasn't sure if they were really necessary to know off by heart. so how much of the studies can I just summarise instead of memorising word for word?
Another part of that study is the full page of results with the mean and standard deviation of each age in each story in each condition because theres over a hundred bits of data there!! I'm obviously assuming I don't need all of it, but how can I tell which parts I do need?
We havent seen many exam questions yet so maybe part of the problem is that Im not really familiar with what kind of things they ask about
Thank you!
