renting own place instead of accommodation?
hii, i was wondering if anyone had any experiences/opinions on renting an apartment (for example) instead of accommodation or staying at home? i have applied to uni's around my area, so a 10-15 min drive from me but also have the option of renting where my boyfriend lives (where i also have a university place). i know that staying at home i would have the possibility of saving money but i dont know if that is the option for me anymore, mentally lol. im just looking for some outside opinions. thaaank youu

This is what most people do after first year anyway, and what I am currently doing on my placement year and did in second year. So this is definitely a good option if that is what you would prefer to do.
Everyone has different living situations as long as it will be convenient for getting to uni and getting your uni work done than it should be a good option
