I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my ensuite room at iQ Tufnell House from January 2026 (move-in date flexible).

The room is very spacious, has a private bathroom, and the accommodation is really convenient for anyone studying in London:
• 5 mins walk to Tufnell Park station (Northern Line)
• 10 mins by tube to UCL
• Sainsbury’s right next to the station, Lidl/Aldi nearby
• On-site gym, study rooms, common areas, laundry, 24/7 security

Rent: £328 per week
Type: Ensuite room, student accommodation (students only)

It’s a great place to live, but I need to interrupt my studies from January so I’m looking for someone to take over my contract.
