Double or Triple Science for Engineering
I have had the option to take triple science as someone not so good on the sciency side of things but really want to pursue the engineering or art and design engineering career. Can you get a job in engineering with double science?

Although based on what you’ve said are you sure it is not “product design” you’re interested in? These people become designers and work on the same projects as engineers but have a different role.
The most common route into a professional engineering role is A-levels in subjects such as: mathematics, physics and typical 3rd subjects including further mathematics, chemistry or computer science followed by a 4 year engineering degree. Although degree apprenticeships are becoming increasingly common but often quite competitive.

To answer the latter question: yes, you can go into engineering with "double" science. Universities and employers don't care whether you did the combined science award or "triple" science (i.e. each individual science GCSE), and in principle the A-level curriculum only assumes content from the combined science award. Some individual schools/6th forms may structure their teaching such they expect students to have done "triple" science but that's an entirely local issue to those individual schools.
