Due to unforeseen financial circumstances, I want to know If i can defer my start date 2026 to next year 2027. ( Adult Nursing - KCL).

My sister did so for chemistry from 2025 to 2026 so I suppose you could for adult nursing.

Then you should be fine, as they only allow deferrals for those who hold unconditional offers.
