Post GCSE employment

I am currently homeschooled working towards a GCSE in both Maths and English. Understandably im aprehensive about going to college. Ive looked into doing an apprenticeship but not many are offered around me. Im considering doing a part tkme job completing the 20 hours required but also looking into doing an online course alongside it to meet the expectations until im 18. Does anyone have much experience with this option and if so where could i find courses that go on for 12-15 months online.
