URGENT Tenancy Takover - Univeristy of Birmingham

Hi! I'm urgently looking for a UoB student to takover my tenancy at Pritchatts Road Townhouses, it's 5 minutes away from campus, situated right next to the medical school! The first installment has already been paid, it's 204/pw including bills and features a large spcious room with an en-suite.
