Cold during Cambridge interview

Hi, I’ve got my Cambridge interview on Wednesday, but I’m extra stressed because unfortunately I’ve come down with a cold. I know it’s not that big of a deal and there’s not really much I can do apart from power on through, but would it be worth getting in touch with my college and informing them about this if I feel equally as unwell closer to the interview? I really don’t feel great physically and my brain feels so foggy, so I’m stressed that my performance will be sluggish and not reflect my true abilities.
Is this too trivial to ask about rearranging/ consideration? In their emails they say get in contact if you are unwell on the day of your interview but given the busyness this time of year I assume that doesn’t apply to regular colds.

Many thanks to anyone who can give any advice! I don’t mind if it’s brutal lol

there's no reason to believe the instructions they gave around feeling unwell would not apply to certain types of illness

I would still probably let them know, especially if you think it can affect your performance.
Good luck for your interview!!
