Has anyone got their finance payment after payment recall and 8 weeks wait? I'm trying to find anyone who has gone through that stressful same experience

Funnily enough I'm sure I spoke to you to cos I remember the name as it's not a common one..I was told you needed the wrong account details to which it was sent to an the actual correct one it should be paid into once it's actually returned..I just wanted to find out if others had been in sme situation and had funds paid eventually after payment is recalled

What happens if you trace payment but bank doesn't return money where does that leave me legally

When a trace is done it doesn't guarantee the return of the payment. So, if it turns out that we can't get the payment back then we'll not be able to pay you that instalment.
Have you heard anything back yet regarding the trace? When you login does the payment still show as 'paid'?
