Finish the poem: twas the night before Christmas...
TSR's Poetry Corner are making a special appearance for the festive season.
The challenge is to write a poem starting with the line "twas the night before Christmas..." and seeing where it will take you.
For example:
Twas the night before Christmas
And on TSR
The questions being asked
were even more bizarre
From harmless things
Like "What to get Mum?"
To "Should it hurt
when I wipe my bum?"

Twas the night before Christmas
and in the Oxbridge subfora
there should have a been a lull
(the post-interviews aura)
but a Keen Bean who was applying
for 2027 entry, wrote:
"I got 47 9s for GCSEs,
am I the GOAT?"
This caused much panic amongst
Keen Bean's peers, who mistook
Keen Bean's sarcasm for truth:
"I only got *45* 9s - am I cooked?!!?!!?"
So the moral of the story,
for all those, near and far,
is to never while away Christmastide
on good old TSR!
