Pls de influence me from continuing further maths

i joined school late like about 2 months (application approval issues and stuff) and my FM teacher is super unhelpful so now im proper thinking of dropping fm cause what’s that point of all that stress and work if im not even going to get a good grade in it. Instead id take an epq (keep in mind externally). i currently take maths physics chem and fm. but i just can’t with FM anymore, maybe if i started it from the earlier get go maybe i would have been better but juggling that and three subjects is just far too much and catching up on everything. Also im aiming to do aerospace engineering. so lmk if epq is better cause my school doesn’t even offer it (they did but not anymore)

thanks

I don't know much about EPQs but I had many friends who did FM and dropped it - at my school (ik some schools do it differently) FM students do all the normal A level maths content in year 12 and the FM stuff in year 13 - what lots of ppl did was drop FM at the end of year 12 so they had alr learnt all of the normal maths content (even if not rlly well) so that year 13 was more revision rather than learning new things - it's up to you and how well you are doing in your other subjects and how confident you are in your time management but I have observed that it can be useful
