hiya, i did all the online assessment and on my workday page it says under review but nothing about assessment centres

I'm in the same boat. I applied for the London Advisory and Consulting pathway on the 2nd of October (like a day or two after they opened applications) and my portal just says under review. I received a similar email about the assessment centre being between the 15-17th of December. But it looks like they've finished the first wave of applications. By the end of this year they will likely send out offers. It's unfortunate but that practically summarises the job market currently.
