Retaking year 12

I’m retaking year 12 because of mental health issue. The only thing I’m worried about is losing academic momentum, because I don’t plan to push myself or do anything remotely academic as i need time to focus on other things. But when I come back, I would’ve had like 9 months away from academic and will have forgotten all the content from GCSEs/ start of a levels. Any tips?

I'm very sorry to hear that. In order to not lose momentum, study now anyway. I don't mean study study, but more like, just sit down for a bit every day to read your notes or the textbooks of your subjects so you retain some familiarity with the knowledge. Please look after yourself too though.
