🎓✨ Insta-Worthy Spots in Nottingham! 📸
If you’re a student in Nottingham and love an aesthetic Instagram feed, you’re in luck: this city has a ton of spots that are so cute! Here are some of my faves:
1️⃣ Wollaton Hall & Deer Park 🦌🏰
A fairytale vibe! The hall itself looks like Hogwarts, and the surrounding park is perfect for pics with greenery and deer roaming around. Wollaton Hall is famously known as Wayne Manor in the Dark Knight Rises (2012)!
2️⃣ Nottingham Contemporary 🎨
Sometimes they advertise candlelight concerts! It brings the multi-sensory musical experiences together with beautiful visuals.
3️⃣ Hockley & The Lace Market 🏙️
Cobblestones, boutique shops, street art, and hidden coffee spots. Walk around and you’ll find lots of unique backdrops.
4️⃣ Stonebridge City Farm🌾
Cute animals that you can pet for free! Also features serene gardens and wildlife areas.
5️⃣ The Arboretum 🌳🌸
A classic fave! Seasonal flowers, big trees, and cute benches. Perfect for picnic snaps or just chilling.
6️⃣ Restaurants & Cafés 🍴☕
Mowgli Street Food - Amazing Indian, and the decor features swinging chairs hung from the ceiling and fairy lights! 🌶️
Piccolino - Lovely Italian place just up from the train station, features fairy lights and a dimmed intimate atmosphere. Amazing date idea just to add! 🍽️
Coco Tang - the vibe gives underground cocktail bar but make it classy. It serves food and drinks by day and turns into a club by night! 🍸
7️⃣ Nottingham Christmas Market🎄 🌨️
Every winter (from mid Nov - 31 Dec) the city centre gets transformed into a festive village - twinkling lights, street food and holiday cheer. There are bars, chalet-style stalls full of treats and food, an ice rink and a fairy light lit massive tree! Lots of perfect festive Instagram pictures can be taken here (you might get lucky and it snows!)🧣⛄
