I think if you have something you can use to link to your course from your a levels you should or can use it for the second question, since its pharmacy, I'd link a part of your a levels, such as what you experienced or improved and how that's relevant to pharmacy itself, maybe the skills you've developed as a result of the a level. I think it also depends why you're talking about your a levels in relation to the course, how does it link, why or how has it helped you choose this specific course etc. Otherwise, if you don't want to, you could mention extracurriculars such as sports or maybe events that you helped out with in terms of planning etc. Sorry if that's a bit wordy, hope it helps though!
