Potential Tenancy Takeover??
Hey guys this is my first post (kinda nervous 🤣). I’ve recently come back for Christmas break and I am going through another UCAS application process to switch unis to go into in the second year.
I was originally going to stay in my Uni halls until the tenancy agreement ended. This would mean that I would pay up to July. However, I’ve recently been thinking about the fact that I finish my studies late April and would not benefit having this room as It would be empty for 3 months as I’m hopefully moving back home due to my transfer.
Please could someone give me some advice on where to start about looking at a tenancy takeover (preferably before new year as my next payment is due on the 1st January 2026.
