Tenancy takeover in Shefiield

I live in student roost sheffield 3. I am going back to my home country in the month of january and I want someone to take over my tenancy contract.

Room is fully furnished, includes, hot water, high speed wifi, heater and a shared kitchen with, oven, microwave, toaster, heater, refrigerator.

The room is an ensuite silver plus and costs 107 pounds a week.

Accomodation is in a perfect spot as it has tesco, dedicated tram station and close to both univeristy of hallam and sheffield hallam university.

I have kitchen appliances aswell of my own which I won't be taking with me so anyone who wants it can have as a token of appriciation.
