Dropped at first year for a course I didn't like and failed and switched

I did my first year in engineering and failed mostly everything and dropped out, for context I was forced to do engineering first year and I couldn't drop out.

Fast foward later I start physics get and im on track to get a first class, 76% first year, 88% 2nd year, 3rd TBD
Im applying for MSc's at top universities.

Will this destroy my chances?

Why would it.

For postgrad, Universities are only interested in your final degree grade, any relevant academic experience, and the quality of your application/references. They wont know that you restarted your degree - and even if they did, they wouldn't care.
You changed subject areas and are smashing it academically. You'll be fine.
