How do I do A levels for the First time at 21?

Hey there!! Looking for advice on how to start a levels for the First time. I wasn't able to do it the first time round as my autism makes situations as such difficult, but I'd like some advice on how to do it at this age. I'm disabled and currently in temp accom, so preferably advice for somewhere digital but recommended. I am aiming to take 8 a levels so preferably as well somewhere that costs less or has multiple courses in bundles. Thank you for the advice ahead of time

Eight is a lot! Might be best to start with 3 or 4 and see how it goes. You can study from textbooks and supplement with free YouTube videos and past papers. You could hire a tutor every few weeks if you want extra support. There are online schools that offers A Levels, some with live classes and some that just send you work and mark it.

Hi! Do you mean A levels or GCSEs? You normally take 8ish GCSEs when you’re 15/16 and then 3 (occasionally 4) A levels at college or sixth form. If you’re looking to go on to further study after A levels (university or apprenticeships) then you will only need 3 A levels. Unfortunately sitting A levels (or GCSEs) as a private candidate can prove very expensive. Online courses (including exams) can very from £500-£1500 depending on subject and level. It is more affordable to teach yourself with second hand books and free online resources and then contact local colleges to see if they’re taking private candidates. This will still usually cost a fee but it’s more likely to be £100 per exam which is a lot less than paying for a full and comprehensive online course. Lmk if you have any more questions 😊
