Tenancy Takeover, Smithdown Liverpool

Hi I know it would be short tenancy and notice but I’m in need of an urgent takeover and just wondering if anyone would want to move into a 6 bed en-suite, modern house in smithdown January- July, can move in earlier if needed. £650 per month, 3 other girls 2 boys. I have work commitments and family issues at home and can’t commit to living here anymore. I’m willing to pay the first month’s rent as well. Message me for pictures x
