Ucas Tariff Point help

Hello, I'm an international student from America and I got a conditional offer from the University of Derby for law. The condition is that I get "120 Ucas tariff points at level 3 from a minimum of 2 A levels or equivalent qualifications." I don't really know what to do with this, as far as I know my qualifications aren't listed under the ucas Tariff system and I'm honestly really confused. Any advice would be appreciated

You are correct in that American quals don't attract tariff points, so the uni has more than likely accidentally made you the standard offer for someone studying in the UK. You need to contact them to make them aware.

As above - and there are far better Unis for Law than Derby.

I applied to York, Reading, Nottingham Trent, LJMU, and Derby
So far the last three have gave me condition offers I can do.

I called them and they just told me to "send everything I've got"??

Not sure I'll get into the first two, so if that is the case I was going to go with NTU

A nonsense answer from them to cover the fact they made a mistake with the offer coding

Do you have all your results now, or is there anything pending?

I don't know whether you're talking about University results, or my grades. But to answer both I've heard back from University of reading and hold a conditional offer, no response from York. I still have five AP tests pending and haven't graduated high school so I don't have my diploma yet.

Sorry, I meant AP results or similar, (anything you listed on your application).

In this case I would be inclined to go back to the uni and ask them whether your offer could be amended to reflect the qualifications you are taking. Without this, you can’t reasonably make a decision on which offers you might want to accept.
