Hi, I’m looking for a student replacement tenant for my furnished double room in a 5-bed student house on Queen’s Road, Clifton, directly opposite Sainsbury’s and only a 5-minute walk to the University of Bristol. Amazing central location with cafés, shops and bus stops right outside.
Available: 1st January – 30th June (6 months)
The Room:
• Fully furnished double bedroom
• Bed, desk, wardrobe & storage
• Bright and spacious
The House:
• 5-bed student house
• Large shared kitchen & living area
• 3 bathrooms (2 with showers)
• Washing machine included
Housemates:
• 4 friendly female second-year students
• Looking for another student to join the house
Rent & Bills:
• £750 per month rent
• £80 per month all bills included (gas, electric, water & WiFi)
I’m moving out due to personal reasons, and the tenancy change has been fully approved by DIGS.
