funding for a degree

I would like to study biomedical science at a brick university part time
I have studied with open university for 5 years but did not get a degree, I only received a certificate of higher education
Can I get full tuition loan and maintenance if I study biomedical science part time ?

On their website it says to apply for fulltime 3 years through ucas and for 6 years part time to apply on the university page

Thank you. On their database it does only show a 3 year option but courses beginning after August 2026 are not yet available to view. These likely won't be updated by the university until nearer the start of spring as long as they indicate a 6 year option then you'll be able to apply for it.
The course studied part time is an exception as long as the degree obtained is one of the following:
