problem acceptting Nottingham veterinary interview invite

I have a Nottingham veterinary interview on the 15th, and have gotten an email with the teams invitation. When I try to accept the invitation to the teams meeting on outlook, I get a message saying "We couldn't find this meeting in the calendar. It may have been moved or deleted." The ms teams app doesn't have the meeting on the calendar either. Has anyone else had this problem? I've emailed admissions but haven't received anything back yet, so I'm just a bit worried. If anyone has any advice for the interview, I'd also really appreciate it!

Hi @mossy-cord

Sorry to hear about your issues with Teams. If I was you, I’d contact the university as soon as possible. I’m not a computer expert so I don’t know what the problem could be, but I’d make them aware of the trouble. It might be that they try sending you another invite and it works ok, but email or call them asap.

Good luck with the interview I hope it goes really well

Just in case anyone else is experiencing this too, I emailed admissions and they responded today saying that my email might not be compatible to accept, but it's ok as I acknowledged the booking and can join the meeting from the email invite- so it's probably best just to email/call to let the university know!

How did you acknowledge the booking ?

I just emailed the university admissions explaining the error message I got and asking if I needed to do anything else, and got a reply back after a couple of days saying I acknowledged it. I did press accept on my gmail account but that just added the meeting time to my google calendar, so I think it was the email I sent! Hope it goes well for you!

I'm glad you could sort it out, how did the interview go and would you have any tips for it?

Just had it now, I don't want to say too much but the interviewers were really friendly! I'd say follow the general interview advice people give and also try to relax a bit before going in (difficult I know). I did forget my ID (recently passed my driving test and handed my provisional licence in and forgot I'd need to have my passport), they said that was ok and I've emailed admissions with a picture of my passport, but I'm still a bit worried. Has anyone else done this before and what happened?
