Uni of Liverpool offers
Hi guys!
I want to know if I’m seriously overthinking this. On Tuesday I recorded an email from university of Liverpool from the disability team meaning that they’ve at least read my application. Now I fully expected to get rejected from here and university of Manchester (tbf may have just been my anxiety/low self esteem talking) however uni of man got back to me in 24 hours with an offer (according to my teachers it’s also a really good offer) and now a bit worried that Liverpool haven’t got back to me in over a week. I’m a overthinking and getting anxious for nothing or what because other people have had offers taking no longer than a week and there also breaking up this week for Christmas so I’m presuming I won’t hear anything over their Christmas break.

Hi! I wouldn’t worry about it. I’ve applied to Liverpool as well for English Literature over a week ago and they haven’t gotten back to me yet either. I think the time of their replies vary based on subjects as i’m pretty sure they can take up to a few weeks to reply, so i wouldn’t overthink it. I know how you feel though as I keep checking my emails😭

Unis have until May to reply to you and they all process applications at different rates. So relax and enjoy Christmas.

I’ve just got the disability email today I applied yesterday I’m fairly certain it’s just an automatic email rather than meaning they’ve read through everything on your application
