Can I take business studies at A-level even if I didn't take it for GCSE?

Hello, I am choosing my A-levels and after researching I realised that Business A-level is one I should take but I didn't choose it for GCSE's. I have asked a few people and they've said I would be fine but I was wondering if I would be really behind if I did that or what I would have to catch up on if I was super behind?

Hi I’m in year 13 and I had the same worry. I am taking a level business after not taking it for gcse and was worried I would be really behind everyone else but, I just got an A* In my mock which was the highest in the class and I’m the only one who didn’t do it gcse so, don’t let it stop you because we tend to cover all the content you need to know anyway

I think you'd catch up quickly. GCSE business studies is a lot easier to catch up that say one of physical sciences which are more content heavy.
