i’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at the 5 star rated true student in manchester salford, as i have decided to go in a different direction.
the room is spacious, very clean, on the 6th floor, and has a lovely city skyline view. the neighbours are friendly, the corridor is quiet, and the room includes a large flat screen tv, double bed, kitchen space, a generous desk area and plenty of storage, including under bed storage.

a modern gym
roof terrace
sky kitchen

communal area with pool table, table tennis, football table, darts, cinema room and swings
large courtyard with sun loungers, bike shed, chairs and tables
co-op next door
true student also hosts regular events with free food and drinks.
transport is very convenient, with the anchorage tram stop right next to the building. it is around 20 minutes by tram to the city.
also nearby:
tesco express (5 minute walk)
gp surgery (5 minute walk)
sainsbury’s (5 minute walk)
and only a 10 minute walk to media city.
