Which universities send their conditional PPE offers in December?

Any of them. The timeframe for sending out offers can vary for a variety of reasons.

Most Uni offices will close down around 20 December and will not reopen until the New Year - and most will try to make as many offers as they can before the Christmas close-down.

Hi there!

I'd also add that it depends on the kind of institution you're applying for. Whilst unis will be making some offers pre-new year, a lot of unis will not release the great majority of their decisions until after the 14th Jan equal consideration deadline (especially ones where they get a lot of applications) and so its more likely that you'll hear after this point than before. This is perfectly normal so try not to worry about it or think too much about UCAS over the Christmas break and just focus on taking some time for yourself and family/friends if you can 🙂
