How can I fix my routine and stop procrastination?

I got this a lot in year 12. In year 11 I was so focused, waking up early, sleeping on time getting work done as soon as I get it. I think it is literally due to social media, which it is for me, whenever I have it its just a massive distraction but I found if I put my phone away spend like lots of time throughout my day without it, im motivated and get lots of work done. Currently, I am still trying to sort out myself and do have phone time in the morning but then put my phone away for like 8 hours after and then go back on it, at end of the day once I feel satisfied with my work. Watch online YouTube videos on how social media corrupts the brain, it always puts my off my phone. Watch people who do social media detoxes see how much more happier they are, and watch motivational video they are like 5 mins long some of them, but they can just help. Or use study with mes. I found when I watched Gilmore girls Rory was an inspiration and Paris to me, and it would motivate me to be like them. Things like this may help, but again I don't know the cause of your procrastination nd if it's for school work, I just assumed.

Thank you for the advice! I totally agree- sometimes I just find myself wasting tons of time ok my phone, and now that I think of it, I should maybe try to just leave it in a different room or something, and hopefully that should help as you said! Also YESS Rory and Paris are also my go to for study motivation or inspiration 🥹
