Looking for someone to take over my tenancy

Hi guys, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy ASAP. From January onwards. It’s a en-suite room with a shared spacious kitchen shared between 3 other people. It’s 205pw but I’m willing to negotiate down to 190pw because I need it gone asap so don’t mind paying 15 a week until June. Please reply to this if you are interested it’s close to mmu campus and not far from uom.
