Sitting the TMUA after submitting UCAS application

Hi,
I have applied to Warwick and Durham (and others that don't consider the TMUA) for Economics and I am considering taking the TMUA in January. I have already submitted the application to my college and they will likely submit it before I take the exam. Does this mean I would be taking the exam for no reason as my application would already be submitted or will it get automatically added on? Also if I were to get rejected before I sit the exam, is there anyway that could get revised if I score well?

Take the exam. Warwick should wait for your result before properly considering your application.

And no, any such rejection would not get revised due to scoring highly on the TMUA.

If you sit the TMUA, the result is automatically sent to Warwick once it is released, even if your UCAS application was submitted earlier. You do not need to do anything extra.

If you were rejected before sitting the TMUA, it is very unlikely that the decision would be revised later just because of a good TMUA score. TMUA is usually considered as part of the original assessment, and once a decision is made, it is rarely reopened.
