Cambridge Feedback letters

When do cambridge send feedback letters to references? (If application was unsuccessful). Is it sent on Jan 2 or at an later date?

i believe you have to send them a request to send it so depends when you send the request

my friend got rejected without interview and he didnt get any feedback . . might differ from college to college but i am pretty sure you need to request it . .

I think Oxford does that, not Cam. Or at least I didn't get feedback last year :no:
We were told that you have to request it from the admissions office through your school ie. your referee should email asking for it. They'll thens ent it to school who'll share it with you.

Edit: This is for Queens' undergrads btw, don't know what everyone else does.
I was successful and my DoS told me in first year that he sends feedback to everyone.

I asked my teacher after I'd got the offer if I'd received feedback and she said no, which was weird.
I believe this is one of the things that varies between colleges. This year at Murray Edwards applicants were being asked to sign a form that allowed feed back to be sent to the referee of unsucessful applicants and it was likely to be late Feb kind of time.

I don't think Oxford does either. One of my friends was saying he had to request it.

You have to request it if you want it, sometimes through your school. I think it can depend upon the college.
Depends on College.. Emma last year sent me feedback, well to my referee without anybody requesting anything...

No, every college has a different policy, so you should email your college to ask them if you don't hear from them after awhile.

Also it will be sent to your school or college rather than you personally, so check there before asking.
I want to request feedback...
