Am I making a mistake

So I'm in yr 13 and I'm doing alevels in Maths, Physics and 3D design with a AS level in further maths. I've applied to do a physics degree with a integrated master's at Lancaster which is were I'll be going in September. Here's my problem, I've always loved history, English, philosophy, politics etc but I didn't pick any at Alevel as I didn't have exam arrangements then which meant I knew I would be able to do aswell in my alevels exams as I would like, I have them now though. I'm just scared that I should be doing a degree in something like one of these subjects instead of physics. Don't get me wrong I absolutely adore physics and maths and I definitely want to study them, but I'm scared im not good enough for them and I'm closing down doors. I have no clue what I want to do for a job, and I know a physics degree can keep open many doors, but in the back of my mind I think one day I would like to study another degree or something in one of these subjects. Is that a possibility to do a masters in one later down the line? I'm torn between the two worlds and I've always been curious, wanting to know everything. What should I do? Thanks for any advice )

If you enjoy both physics/maths as well as politics/philosophy you can choose to a joint degree (eg physics and philosophy). If you've already applied and its been 14 days you can apply for joint degree during clearing after results day.

Is is worth applying to just those unis? I've checked and only about 5 do it, including Oxford who I'm certain don't do clearing

You could check whether any courses you want to do were in clearing this year- that might give you an idea of whether they might be in clearing this year. Or if you are interested in the Oxford course then you can always take a gap year and apply next year that way you could also tailor you personal statement to both physics and philosophy (or whatever joint degree you want to do). Or accept the physics offer (since you say you are really interested in physics) and join different societies for the other subjects you are interested in. Also, I forgot to say this in my first reply but don't be scared about not being good enough- you've got the offer because that university does want you and they see the potential in you! I am not too sure but I think a masters in one of them should be possible- but I'll let someone else clarify that for you.

Okay. Thank you so much )
