Does a guaranteed offer mean my place is reserved as long as I meet the conditions of the offer?

So as long as I accept the guaranteed offer as my firm choice when it comes in do I have a place from then as long as I meet the conditions come results day? (Hope that makes sense)

Its the same with ANY offer - you have to meet the conditions of that offer to have a place.

I more meant is my place kind of reserved on the course in a sense of I have that place provided I meet the requirements (ie no one else can take that place unless I don’t meet the conditions)
