Attendance?

So i’m currently in my last year of sixth form my grades and stuff are all fine but my attendance is dipping and im kinda feeling anxious about it because im off sick again my attendance is currently sitting at 63% and im worried about possible consequences or if there can be any because im already 18 so im past the age of compulsory education? Can schools request doctor notes or medical information because a good amount of my absence was said to be due to that

I don’t think they’ll be mad at u cos ur in year 13, the only thing you might be worried about is the content ur missing and how ur gonna catch up, but I’m sure a few convos with your teachers will help!
